Award-winning designer Nina Farmer introduces readers to her timeless, elegant interiors in her debut book. From reimagining century-old homes to modern dwellings, Farmer's designs celebrate the past while existing stylishly in the present. Projects featured include a 1930s colonial in Westport, Connecticut, a mid-century bungalow on Martha’s Vineyard, and Farmer’s own 1850s Federal-style brownstone. The book also includes essays on creating a sense of place, travel, and art collecting that lend insight into Farmer’s look. With her book, Farmer hopes to motivate readers to give their own homes new life with thoughtful design.
