Return Policy

We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality customer service and are committed to offering product you will use and love forever. However, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary. We care about your satisfaction are always here to help.

We hope you love your Hudson Grace items. If you're not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we’ll gladly offer you an exchange or refund for most of our merchandise within 30 days from receipt of product or purchase from a store. Proof of purchase is required for a refund. We do not accept returns on the following items: Custom orders, furniture, art and final sale items. Returns are refunded in the original payment form for the merchandise price, less shipping and handling. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. Taxes charged are refunded in accordance with state and local laws. Returns sent with postage due will be returned to sender. A one-time price adjustment is offered when an original sales receipt or proof of purchase is presented within 24 hours of order delivery or purchase from a store location. To return an item, simply contact Customer Care via email at customerservice@hudsongracesf.com for a return authorization, then repack and return your package to us:

Most items may also be exchanged at a store location, if accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged Art: In the unusual event of an incorrect or damaged art order please email us at customerservice@hudsongracesf.com within 5 business days. Please include images of the item received so that we can remedy the situation.

In the event of damage during transit, please also include images of the damaged art, frame and packaging. Please save the original packaging and return the item and all materials to the original box.
