Return Policy

At Hudson Grace, we want you to love your purchases. If you're not completely satisfied, we gladly accept full-price merchandise for exchange, store credit, or refund within 30 days of receipt. All returned items must be unused, in sellable condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Online Purchases:

To return or exchange items purchased on www.hudsongracesf.com visit our return portal at hudsongrace.loopreturns.com:

  • Merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
  • Bedding must be unopened and in its original packaging to be eligible for return.
  • Final sale items, items that ship directly from vendor, personalized items, special orders, and food items are final sale.
  • Oversized items, furniture, and vintage items are eligible for return but subject to a processing fee of 10% of the retail price.

All returns must be in new condition and free from signs of wear, damage, or stains. Items returned in unsellable condition will not be refunded.

Exchanges:

To begin an exchange, visit our return portal at hudsongrace.loopreturns.com. During the online exchange process, you can:

  • Replace with the same item, or exchange for a completely different item
  • Opt for an instant exchange if you prefer not to wait for your return to be processed. A hold will be placed on your credit card for the amount of the new item(s), and the order will be processed immediately. The hold will be released once your return is dropped off at the carrier. You have 7 days to ship your item(s). If the return is not in transit after 7 days, your card will be charged the full amount of the item(s).

Processing Returns:

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for processing once your return is received by our warehouse.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, minus any applicable processing fees.
  • Photos are required for all returns claiming damage, including images of the items and packaging for damage in transit.

Having issues with returns?

  1. Contact Customer Care at customerservice@hudsongracesf.com for a return authorization (RMA).
  2. Repack your item in the original or similar protective packaging and send it to:

Returned items must be sent with proper postage; packages with postage due will be returned to the sender.

If an item(s) is received to our warehouse that has not been approved for return, either in our return portal or with an RMA from Customer Service, a refund will not be issued.

In-Store Returns for Online Purchases:

You can return or eligible exchange merchandise purchased online at a Hudson Grace store within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in sellable condition, with the original order number provided.

  • Gift cards, or exchanges for equal or greater value will be issued immediately.
  • Refunds may take up to 72 hours after you drop off your return at the store, and will be issued to the original payment method. 
  • Confirmation of your return will be sent to the email associated with the order once processed 

Buy In-Store & Return Online:

For U.S. purchases, you can send back any item purchased in-store to our warehouse within 30 days. Contact Customer Care at customerservice@hudsongracesf.com for a return authorization. Currently, store returns cannot be processed through our online return portal.

Order Cancellation: 

If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to our Customer Service team as soon as possible at customerservice@hudsongracesf.com. We’ll do our best to assist you, though cancellations may depend on the order status at the time of your request.
