Large Black Wood Brasserie Serving Plank

A vintage French design was the inspiration for our Brasserie Boards. Each board is crafted in Hungary from reclaimed, responsibly-sourced wood and then finished in black, bringing a modern, dramatic look to any celebration.

We love presentation boards for their simple "prep and carry" solution to hosting, as it makes for easy, crowd-pleasing entertaining with no-fuss clean-up. Use as a centerpiece for serving crudités, appetizers or cheeses, sliced seasonal flatbreads, or homemade pizza for small crowds or larger gatherings.

Due to the nature of the found beams, no two pieces are alike. Crevices and splits within the wood highlight its organic beauty.

Care Guide:
This board is intended for serving, as cutting or chopping will cause striations and marks in the wood. To preserve the board's integrity, use parchment paper when serving wet ingredients. To prevent surface stains, clean with hot soapy water immediately after use and then dry with a clean towel. Staining may occur from vibrantly colored food like turmeric, berries, and mustard.
