Knead Love Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix

The Knead Love Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix is the perfect gift to give or receive. The easy to follow recipe won't add any stress this holiday season -  just add olive oil and water! The mix is made with ingredients you'll love and feel good about, including organic chocolate, organic regional maple sugar, and gluten-free organic flours.

Baking Instructions: 

1. Pre-heat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment. 
2. Mix
   1. Empty mix into a medium bowl.
      Add 1/2 cup of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of lukewarm water.
      Stir until all dry mix is incorporated.
3. Shape. Using a large spoon, place 12 evenly-sized mounds (or 6 large mounds) onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.
4. Bake for 14 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden. Cool on a baking sheet before removing.
