The process involves shaping and preparing the clay, followed by air drying before kiln firing to remove moisture and strengthen the material. Glazing may then be applied for both aesthetic appeal and impermeability. Finally, it undergoes a final firing phase at elevated temperatures, guaranteeing a seamless bond between the glaze and clay, resulting in resilient Hudson Grace dinnerware and serving pieces.
