Gouter A Paris Madeleine Sugar Cubes

Created in collaboration with the City of Paris, Goûter à Paris Sugar is hand-molded by Canasuc, the French sugar maker that has crafted elegant sugar shapes near Fontainebleau for more than thirty years, from brown cane sugar from Réunion Island. Shaped like little madeleines and individually wrapped in compostable film, about forty-five pieces fill the cube box; each one melts delicately into a hot chocolate, a tea or a coffee.
