Ceramic Oyster Shells, Set of 12

These Ceramic Oyster Shells are a staple in our kitchens, and for good reason. They make cooking oysters and other seafood a breeze, and the results are always delicious. Our co-founder Monelle especially loves using these shells to grill oysters at her beach house – it's become a tradition during summer getaways.

One of our go-to recipes is to place a pat of compound butter (softened butter mixed with garlic, herbs, and lemon zest) in each shell, then nestle a fresh oyster on top. Grill for a few minutes over indirect flames until the oyster is lightly charred and bubbling, and you've got a mouthwatering appetizer that's perfect for any occasion.
