Our Own Olive Oil, in a Bottle Worth Keeping

We make two olive oils we're proud to put our name on, and both make excellent food gifts. Giusti Balsamic, the Oldest in the World

If we're going to carry balsamic, it's going to be the best, so we carry Giuseppe Giusti. Founded in Modena in 1605, Giusti is the oldest balsamic vinegar producer in the world. It is still run by the same family seventeen generations later. The vinegar ages for years in a battery of wooden casks, which gives it that dense, velvety balance of sweet and sharp. It earned fourteen gold medals at the World Expositions of the late 1800s and a royal seal as supplier to the King of Italy.
