Gold Medal Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is crafted the highest-quality local grapes and boasts the aromas and flavors of plum jam and red fruits that intertwine with hints of honey and vanilla. 

    Aged in the barrels of the famous Giusti cask deposit, this is a sophisticated choice for barbecue meats, fish, and cheese. Grapes are pressed in a wine making vat, and the fresh juice and must is separated and cooked down until it becomes sweet and thick.
