Founded in 1605 in Modena, Italy, Giuseppe Giusti is the longest-running producer of vinegar worldwide. Gold Medal Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is crafted the highest-quality local grapes, boasting the flavors of mature fruits, licorice, and black pepper.

Aged in the barrels of the famous Giusti cask deposit, this is a sophisticated choice for salads, raw or grilled vegetables, and is also ideal for meat and fish carpaccio. Grapes are pressed in a wine making vat, and the fresh juice and must is separated and cooked down until it becomes sweet and thick.
