We know what it feels like to finally get your home looking just how you want it. And that awesome, “I-love-coming-home” feeling is second only to getting an insta-worthy picture to share with your friends and family. It makes our day to see how our pieces come to life in your homes and we appreciate every photo we’re tagged in.

When you share your content with us, we might publish it through our media channels, and there are a few things you should know before you decide to share with us. By uploading your content via Curalate, you are granting Hudson Grace, along with their franchisees, the right to use, publish, display and distribute the image and related content, such as videos, comments, or other information. We might share your content through various media, including social media, in-store displays, email, our website, our catalog and other promotional materials. When we use an image that you upload, we might alter it - for example, we might make a color correction or adjust the size. However, we will never materially alter your image. We’re sharing it because we love it as is!

We have the utmost respect for the things you create, whether you’re working in a photo studio, art gallery or at your kitchen table, and it is very important to us to protect those creations. To that end, when you share with us, we expect, and you agree, that you are the author or creator of the material, that you own all rights to use it, or to grant us the rights to use it, and that you are at least 18 years of age. You also agree that the material and publication of the material do not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity. To the extent that the material includes anyone else’s name, voice, image, likeness or any other identifiable representation, you have obtained permission from those individuals. By sharing the material with us, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hudson Grace its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their agents and representatives from any claims to the contrary.
