Returns & Exchanges
At Hudson Grace, we want you to love your purchases. If you're not completely satisfied, we gladly accept full-price merchandise for exchange, store credit, or refund within 30 days of receipt. All returned items must be unused, in sellable condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Online Purchases:
To return or exchange items purchased on www.hudsongracesf.com visit our return portal at hudsongrace.loopreturns.com:
- Merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
- Bedding must be unopened and in its original packaging to be eligible for return.
- Final sale items, items that ship directly from vendor, personalized items, special orders, and food items are final sale.
- Oversized items, furniture, and vintage items are eligible for return but subject to a processing fee of 10% of the retail price.
All returns must be in new condition and free from signs of wear, damage, or stains. Items returned in unsellable condition will not be refunded.
Exchanges:
To begin an exchange, visit our return portal at hudsongrace.loopreturns.com. During the online exchange process, you can:
- Replace with the same item, or exchange for a completely different item
- Opt for an instant exchange if you prefer not to wait for your return to be processed. A hold will be placed on your credit card for the amount of the new item(s), and the order will be processed immediately. The hold will be released once your return is dropped off at the carrier. You have 7 days to ship your item(s). If the return is not in transit after 7 days, your card will be charged the full amount of the item(s).
Processing Returns:
- Please allow 5-7 business days for processing once your return is received by our warehouse.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, minus any applicable processing fees.
- Photos are required for all returns claiming damage, including images of the items and packaging for damage in transit.
Having issues with returns?

Returned items must be sent with proper postage; packages with postage due will be returned to the sender.
If an item(s) is received to our warehouse that has not been approved for return, either in our return portal or with an RMA from Customer Service, a refund will not be issued.
In-Store Returns for Online Purchases:
You can return or eligible exchange merchandise purchased online at a Hudson Grace store within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in sellable condition, with the original order number provided.
- Gift cards, or exchanges for equal or greater value will be issued immediately.
- Refunds may take up to 72 hours after you drop off your return at the store, and will be issued to the original payment method.
- Confirmation of your return will be sent to the email associated with the order once processed
Buy In-Store & Return Online:
For U.S. purchases, you can send back any item purchased in-store to our warehouse within 30 days. Contact Customer Care at customerservice@hudsongracesf.com for a return authorization. Currently, store returns cannot be processed through our online return portal.
Order Cancellation:
If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to our Customer Service team as soon as possible at customerservice@hudsongracesf.com. We’ll do our best to assist you, though cancellations may depend on the order status at the time of your request.
Special order items are made just for you and may only be canceled or changed within 24 hours of placing the order. We do not accept returns on these items. Custom orders include art and furniture purchased in store.
Direct ship items may only be canceled or changed within 24 hours of placing the order. These items are FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns on these items. In the rare case the item arrives damaged please contact customer service at customerservice@hudsongracesf.com
In the unusual event of an incorrect or damaged art order please email us at customerservice@hudsongracesf.com within 5 business days. Please include images of the item received so that we can remedy the situation. In the event of damage during transit, please also include images of the damaged art, frame and packaging. Please save the original packaging and return the item and all materials to the original box..
Any bedding that has been opened or removed from its original packaging is ineligible for a return or refund.
Please note that sale items are final and are not returnable or exchangeable except for manufacturing defects.
Online orders may be changed and canceled within 24 hours of submission. We regret that we are not able to modify or cancel orders for in-stock merchandise after 24 hours. When you submit your order online, it is instantly entered into our database, your order confirmation email is sent, and your payment is verified by our system. If we are unable to cancel your order, you may always return your order to us for a full refund of the merchandise value. In some cases, it is possible to cancel backordered items, since they are not scheduled for immediate shipment. To change or cancel an order you already placed, please contact Customer Care.
Shipping
Most purchases are shipped to arrive within 5-10 business days upon receipt of order. Our rates accurately reflect costs to package your order safely plus our shipping partners' charges. If you have questions about shipping fees, our Customer Care team is happy to help. Note that items ordered together may not arrive together. We ship to the United States only. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO or APO boxes at this time.
By choosing Express Ship service during checkout, we will expedite orders for in-stock items. Express Ship orders placed by 12 pm Pacific Time Monday through Thursday will arrive within 3 business days; orders placed by 12 pm Pacific Time Friday through Sunday will arrive the following Wednesday. Deliveries occur Monday through Friday. Rush service is not available for oversized items or out of stock items, and is not available for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, PO boxes or AFO/FPO addresses. Business days do not include holidays. We are not responsible for events outside of our control, including but not limited to weather-related delays, work stoppages or delays or other unexpected circumstances.
- At Hudson Grace we offer White Glove Furniture Delivery on select furniture items.
- White Glove Furniture Delivery is a flat rate (per trip) charge of $399 for select furniture delivered to ZIP codes within the contiguous U.S.
- This service is only eligible on items labeled with White Glove Furniture Delivery on their product page.
- After placing your order, our 3rd party delivery partner will contact you to confirm your shipment and provide an estimated time of delivery.
- Furniture eligible for White Glove Furniture Delivery is in-stock and ready to deliver within 28 days, though this lead time may vary.
- Prior to receiving your order, our delivery partner will contact you directly to confirm a delivery window.
- An authorized individual must be home during your scheduled delivery window to accept and inspect your items and sign the delivery receipt.
- In the event of any imperfection noted at the time of delivery, please contact Hudson Grace Customer Service for assistance.
- At Hudson Grace we offer Freight Furniture Delivery on select furniture items.
- Basic Freight Furniture ships boxed or palletized to ZIP codes within the contiguous U.S. and will arrive at your door.
- This service is only eligible on items labeled with Basic Freight Delivery on their product page.
- All Furniture shipped Basic Freight Delivery travels Ground. Express shipping is not available at this time.
- The expected shipping window for furniture eligible for Basic Freight Furniture Delivery is up to 21 business days.
- Tracking information for items shipped Basic Freight Furniture Delivery will become available once your item has shipped.
- In the event of any imperfection noted at the time of delivery, please contact Hudson Grace Customer Service for assistance.

White Glove Furniture Delivery Fees Effective March 2, 2022
White Glove Furniture Delivery is a flat rate (per trip) charge of $399 for select furniture delivered to ZIP codes within the contiguous U.S. For more details see our White Glove Furniture Delivery section.
For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, contact our Customer Care team. Expedited delivery and freight delivery is not available to these areas. Your order should arrive in approximately 12–14 business days. Please note that some oversized, heavy and flammable items cannot ship outside the continental US.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to US territories or foreign countries.
Our apologies, but we cannot ship to PO or APO boxes at this time. All orders must be shipped to a physical address.
We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product inventory information. If for any reason an item is not available for immediate shipment, we will notify you directly.
Hudson Grace gift cards ship for free, unless you request 2nd Day or Next Day delivery. Charge for 2nd Day delivery is $5 and Next Day delivery is $10.
Payment is charged to your credit card once your order is placed. Additional shipping surcharges may apply to some large or heavy items. In this case, our Customer Care team will contact you with options.
All prices are in US dollars and are subject to sales tax for residents of California in accordance with state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items. Hudson Grace makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of our catalog and website. Omissions and errors are subject to correction.
