Once your order is placed, and you submit details to our team, we will work with you to get your order fulfilled in a time-frame that works for you! We request a minimum of 10 business days to fulfill Group & Corporate gifting orders of 25-50 gifts, and a minimum of 21 business days to fulfill orders up of 50-100 gifts. This does not include shipping and delivery time.

Yes- due to the volume and attention to detail our team takes when fulfilling these gifts, they are considered final sale.

In the rare instance a gift recipient wants to return or exchange the item they receive, there are options! They will either be issued a store credit for the current value of the product at the time of the exchange, or allowed to exchange the item for a product of equal or greater value.

It depends on the date you would like them delivered. While we will always do our best to accommodate any gifting requests, we ask that any Holiday Group + Corporate gifting orders are submitted no later than December 1st, and they may require a rush delivery fee depending on the delivery destination.

We highly recommend placing order much earlier in the season to guarantee inventory and allow adequate time for shipping and delivery!
